Pre-germination of potatoes
This afternoon I prepared the potatoes in the room remained free on the first floor, so that what I have identified as the "crown" (the part of the potato richest of sprouts) was facing up.
Unfortunately, the temperature of the house, being uninhabited during the week, is not optimal, but I hope is sufficient to allow a vigorous sprouting of potatoes. To help them, I left the blinds of the window open and I placed the potatoes to light.
